The new GT Helion is a full-suspension mountain bike for riders who, above all, want to enjoy riding, and sitting with a good drink after a ride with friends is more than any medal for them. The new Helion is a combination of stability, ease of driving and maneuverability. Have fun on a bike!

The GT Helion 27.5 Carbon Pro has a Carbon frame with FOC Ultra technology with 110 mm travel and a solid rear axle. Off-road comfort is ensured by the Fox Float CTD Boost Valve shock absorber and the Fox 32 FLOAT 27.5 CTD FIT lockable front fork with 110 mm travel

GT Helion has high-quality Shimano XT components with a 1x10 speed drive. Shimano XT hydraulic disc brakes ensure safety and stability when descending. Stans NoTubes Crest rims are ready for tubeless tires and are fitted with fast Continental X-King tires.

Lightweight, stiff and at the same time still flexible material that absorbs shocks well and increases comfort. A higher price is to be expected.

Universal size for a wide range of bicycles. The advantage is better cross-country ability, higher traction and comfort, and still good dexterity. Slightly heavier.

How we ship bikes

All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.

Our bike shipment is as follows:

The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
The bicycle is carefully packed back into a box and shipped
If you order a bicycle for in store pick up or home delivery, the bicycle will be waiting put together, checked and ready to use for you.
If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
1. Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
2. Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
3. Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
4. Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
5. Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
6. Mount seatpost to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
7. Inflate the tyres or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
8. Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
9. Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

This Californian brand has been designing and manufacturing bikes since 1972. They are one of the pioneers in the MTB discipline. Their framesets are easily recognisable thanks to their strict policy of three frameset triangles. GT's offer focuses essentially on bikes for unconsolidated terrain, which was their speciality from the start.
