All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.

Our bike shipment is as follows:
  1. The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
  2. The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
  3. The bicycle is carefully packaged back into a box and shipped
  4. If you order a bike for in-person pick-up or home delivery, the bike will be waiting for you assembled and checked
  5. If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
    1. Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
    2. Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
    3. Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
    4. Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
    5. Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
    6. Mount seat post to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
    7. Inflate the tires or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
    8. Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
    9. Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

As for transport, the bike was properly packed with a lot of additional protective elements, so the box arrived a little battered, but the bike without a single "scuff". Assembled in a few minutes, the derailleur perfectly adjusted, no other adjustments were needed. Or just tighten the bolts a little. I ordered size M, which is a perfect size for my height of 177 cm. The bike looks great, nice matte red color, the Kenda tires go super fast (and on the asphalt they make a sound like a swarm of mosquitoes, that's great ). The brakes are sufficient, although maybe some V-brake would brake better. We'll see in time whether they will catch on...
Disadvantages:
-The pedals loosen after a few steps, and then you feel the slack, you need to carry a wrench with you to tighten it. I don't know if it's like that with everyone, maybe I'm lucky with such pieces.
-The shifter levers interfere quite a bit with the grips, it gets in the way a bit when you're holding the handlebars properly. You have to get used to it, or adjust it somehow, move it further, or I don't know...
-After a few minutes of riding, my rim valve cut through. In the area where the hole is drilled into the rim, it's sharp as a razor, before inflating I recommend checking the "red protective thing" from the inside of the rim, which is supposed to prevent exactly this. I had it moved a little and boom, a new inner tube in the bag. (I'm sure that was it, otherwise it would have been the rim) Or grind it with a file....And now I'm worried if it will happen again, but I've already ridden a few km and so far it's fine (and I put a new inner tube from Tesco, that's enough :P )
Conclusion: For this price, a perfect bike, if you pay attention to the above things. I recommend it.

Sprav to parkrat a budes citit velky rozdiel. Prvy vacsi kopec (opatrne) ich zabrzdi do plneho vykonu.

SK No to s tou dusou ani mne nenapadlo, som tiez este nevidel. Neuveris, pokym neuvidis. Kazdopadne skusenost.
Tie ostatne rady urcite vyskusam, a ked tak casom pridam dalsie hodnotenie, ci to vyslo. Vdaka

The bike runs fine but one mistake that surprised me was that the spokes were not tightened and I paid for it I made an eighth on a 6cm curb and I didn't expect that at all. Mtbiker doesn't want to complain to me in any case. I have a feeling this bike is just for looking at. Thank you mtbiker. Best regards Adam. Owner of a 3 day old bike Mongoose Tyac Com model 2013.

SK Adam, pisal si nam, ze si trafil obrubnik v skoro 40 km/h rychlosti. Kolesa su strojovo vypletene a skontrolovane, takze uvolnene spice nie su mozne - navyse to by si si vsimol ovela skor, lebo by koleso malo osmicku alebo "vajco", pripadne by pukalo.

SK Adam zopakujeme len to, čo si napísal.
