All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.
- The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
- The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
- The bicycle is carefully packaged back into a box and shipped
- If you order a bike for in-person pick-up or home delivery, the bike will be waiting for you assembled and checked
- If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
- Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
- Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
- Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
- Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
- Mount seat post to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
- Inflate the tires or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
- Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

Chcel by som pôvodné vymeniť za nejaké kvalitnejšie.

pôvodné náboje mali uchytenie kotúča CL a 32 dier, takže náboje môžete použiť.

náboj SHIMANO TX505 by mal mať orech pre 8, 9 a 10-rýchlostnú kazetu.

Dobrý deň mám otázku dnes som bol na výjazde na tomto bicykli a keď som potreboval vzadu preradiť na najťažší prevod tak prehadzovačka nechcela na tento prevod preradiť. Lanko je poriadne nastavené v servise. Mohli by ste mi poradiť či to niečo zapríčiňuje alebo to je tým že vonku bolo -5 stupňov a riadenie je lenivejsie

Mrzí nás to ale takto na diaľku Vám nevieme povedať čo môže byť príčinou. Buď nie je správne naladená prehadzovačka alebo sa Vám tam dostala nejaká špina alebo tam mohol vzniknúť ľad. Ideálne by ale bolo bicykel odniesť do servisu pre zistenie konkrétnej príčiny.

Dobrý deň. Chcel by som sa opýtať či mi viete povedať presný typ stredového uloženia, pretože som na internete na inej stránke našiel že je to cartridge (122mm) a na vašej stránke v popise je uvedené, že sa jedná o cartridge (113mm).

pre kľuky Shimano FC-MT100 bola odporúčaná oska s dĺžkou 123mm. Pokiaľ budete stredové zloženie demontovať, malo by to byť na ňom uvedené.

možné to je, avšak potrebné je meniť prehazdovačku, kazetu, prešmyk, kľuky a radenie, čo zbytočne navýši cenu bicykla.
