Each bicycle model has its own specific geometry and its own size chart. Please visit the manufacturer's website .

All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.

Our bike shipment is as follows:
  1. The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
  2. The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
  3. The bicycle is carefully packaged back into a box and shipped
  4. If you order a bike for in-person pick-up or home delivery, the bike will be waiting for you assembled and checked
  5. If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
    1. Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
    2. Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
    3. Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
    4. Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
    5. Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
    6. Mount seat post to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
    7. Inflate the tires or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
    8. Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
    9. Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

SK Dobrý deň. Zaujal ma tento bike. Chcem si ho však sám prestavať na ebike. Elektro diely mám kúpené. Je u Vás možnosť tieto bicykle upravovať, teda niektoré diely nedodať a niektoré vymeniť? Vymeniť by som chcel zadné ozubené kolo na 9kolesko 11-36. Nepotrebujem brzdové páčky, gripy na riadidlách, ani zadný ráfik so špicami a oskou, potrebujem ale spomínané ozubené koleso kazetové aj zadný kotúč komplet aj s "bouldenom", plášť aj dušu. E bike bude s pohonom na zadnom kolese a ten mám aj s ráfikom. Dala by sa vybrať iná farba rámu miesto tej žltozelenej? veľkosť rámu by som chcel 20 palcový, no neviem, či je to M alebo L. Vedel by ste mi takéto niečo upraviť a naceniť? Ďakujem.

SK Dobry den, zial dodat Vam takto upraveny bicykel nedokazeme. Bicykle su dodavane vyrobcom v standardnej specifikacii a hocijake zmeny Vam vieme spravit len sposobom, ze si zakupite komponenty na vymenu a tie Vam nahodime. Co sa tyka farby, tu tiez nic nevymyslime - jedine ak by ste mali zaujem o iny model.

SK Dobry den, mam zaujem o tento bicykel, ale chcel by som si ho vyskusat, aby som sa rozhodol, ktora velkost je pre mna vhodnejsia ( mam 182 cm ). Je mozne sa dohodnut na odskusani v sobotu 2.6.2018 o 10,00 hod ?

SK Dobry den, nie je problem. Nevieme uplne zarucit, ze sa jeden (alebo oba) dovtedy nepreda. Ak ste viac-menej rozhodnuty a chcete len vybrat velkost, odporucam si bicykle objednat cez e-shop s odberom v Hradku (obe velkosti). Tym su bicykle rezervovane pre Vas a v sobotu si vyberiete jeden a druhy z objednavky vyhodime.
