I confirm what was written - the puller is made by BikeHand, it is model YC-126-1A (stamped on the product without A). It fits HG cassettes and SH lockring with internal thread. To use it, you need to have either a 1/2' ratchet or a 24mm open-end wrench. It looks good quality, but I didn't use it and returned it. I found one that fits the 3/8' ratchet, which is what I was looking for.
