Muc-Off Tubeless Kit DH/Trail/Enduro Tubeless Conversion Kit

Kit for installing 2 tubeless MTB tires on rims with a width of 28-30 mm.

Instructions for use:

  • Remove all old tape and clean the rim.
  • Before applying the tape, make sure the rim edge is clean and dry.
  • Take the tape and align it on the opposite side of the valve.
  • Start by peeling off a small amount of tape and holding it pressed with your thumb or finger.
  • Continue holding while you peel off the tape and stick it firmly. Once you have a few cm on the tape, the adhesive tape will stick and holding is no longer necessary.
  • Continue all the way around the edge (if it has a large concave layer, you can pull the tape and stretch it to fill all edges).
  • Overlap the tape by approximately 10 - 15 cm.
  • Leave a small amount unpeeled so you can cut off the rest.
  • After cutting the notch and pulling the tape down, create a seal.
  • Go around the edge with your thumb and make sure there are no air pockets or contaminated areas.
  • Once you are satisfied with how it looks, use a small sharp object to find the valve hole and cleanly puncture the tape, ready for the valve.
  • Grab your tubeless valve and remove the lock ring and O-ring.
  • Choose the correct rubber grommet for the rim tape and insert the valve into the rim.
  • Install the O-ring and lock ring to secure the valve (do not overtighten, it could damage the rubber).
  • Reinstall the tire of your choice, being careful not to damage the tape (using tire levers etc.).
  • Inflate the tire to seat it (you should hear popping around the rim).
  • Release the air and remove the valve core using the spare valve cap.
  • Grab the sealant pouch and shake it.
  • Unscrew the cap and attach the valve to the valve in the correct position.
  • While holding the pouch, turn the wheel downwards so the pouch is now upside down.
  • Insert the sealant by rolling the pouch downwards.
  • Turn the wheel back to the right and remove the pouch.
  • Reinsert the valve core and inflate to your pressure.

áno, set obsahuje 2x 140 mL balenie tmelu, na 29" trail/enduro/DH plášte to bude akurát.
