The changes are:
- the possibility of attaching larger wheels, up to 29+ (previously "only" 29")
- the possibility of attaching longer hubs, up to 200 mm (previously "only" 175 mm)
- the possibility of centering rims with a width of up to 102 mm/ 4", i.e. no change :-)
- increased space for both disc and casing
- ergonomic and faster control of tilting the vertical arms
- the possibility of clamping the hubs of all designs (quick-clamp version, solid axle, thru-axle) without the need to purchase additional accessories (adapters for clamping thru-axle hubs are included and practically stored in the arms)
Each stand is inspected and calibrated before shipping (you can tell by a small sticker with the date of calibration).

Like other models of Park Tool wheel truing stands, it can be equipped with devices for measuring the unevenness of the disc and the rim (DT-3, DT-3i-2, TS-2-Di)

The stand can be clamped in a tilting base with compartments (for additional purchase) or screwed to a board (two holes with a diameter of 9.5 mm, 200 mm apart) or clamped in a vise (the width of the basic beam is 76 mm)
