Hello, so this light armor is very comfortable on the body, it doesn't pull anything, it doesn't scratch, there are 2 Velcro straps on the sides where you can reduce the size. With my height of 178cm and weight of 76kg, I chose the size L/XL, but if the size was produced or if the size M/L was available, I would definitely go for this size so that it would be more "on the body". Everything is very pleasant to the touch, the chest and back protector can be removed. It is more for riding on trails, bike parks for pedaling, it is very warm in it, I will see in the fall when it gets cooler. I can imagine it for riding on local hills if I were to go on an ebike where I can complete more of those trips and descents and I won't overheat so much
