For comparison, the aforementioned Rise pants have the exact opposite: good flexibility/gap on the thighs, but a stiff seam on the waist I chose size S according to the chart (waist circumference 79, hips 92 cm), except for the seams, the size fits me well (it's quite tight, but that's how it's supposed to be and the insert doesn't travel anywhere while riding).
