The limited edition POLARTEC® x SPORTFUL Power cycling jersey was created as an answer to the problems that everyone who rides even during the colder months knows: maintaining temperature without overheating, staying dry even at an intense pace, and having a layer that behaves naturally when riding in a forward lean. The innovative Polartec® Power Dry™ material plays a major role in this model. Lightweight mesh fabric with a system of internal channels that move moisture away from the skin towards the surface. It doesn't feel like classic fleece on the body, it's thinner, dries faster and doesn't absorb sweat back into the fibers, so it doesn't get cold the moment you stop pedaling. Especially ideal for rides where long climbs alternate with descents. This is when the material's properties will be most evident, as it effectively prevents cooling after exercise.
The cut is designed with the position on the bike in mind. The front part is shorter, the back part is longer to perfectly cover the lower back while riding. The sleeves are shaped at a natural angle to the handlebars, which prevents the fabric from stretching at the wrists. The collar protects the neck from the wind, but it is not unnecessarily high, so the jersey can easily be combined with a neck warmer.
There is a separate zippered pocket on the chest, which is suitable for small items that you need to have close at hand. The rear triple pockets are designed so as not to distort the shape of the jersey while remaining sufficiently voluminous. All zippers come from the world-famous Japanese manufacturer YKK® and are equipped with a loop that allows for quick ventilation control even with gloves on.
The jersey works best in a temperature range of 0 to 10°C. You can wear it alone or add a windproof vest or light membrane jacket. It is suitable for road and gravel, autumn training, long winter rides, and shorter trips in cold weather where quick sweat removal is needed without the risk of hypothermia.
