Thanks to the strategic use of three "weights" of NEOS softshell textiles in the Ultraz model, the manufacturer has ensured that you get the right amount of protection where you need it, while maintaining breathability. These materials have been selected based on our body position on the bike combined with anticipated riding conditions, as riding in harsh winter conditions requires absolute attention to detail in how your clothing fits and performs.
CHARACTERISTIC MATERIAL
In the front and in the upper part of the back there are three-layer softshell panels NEOS Light and RX Heavy in the twinDeck construction, which is resistant to rain and has a high insulating capacity.
The sleeves have a lighter twinDeck construction of NEOS Ultra and 652.RX for a low volume that does not compromise protective properties.
The back panel is made of NEOS Medium material, which provides protection against storms, but with lighter insulation than the twinDeck construction, which supports active thermoregulation.
CONSTRUCTION/CUT
The classic, but nevertheless well-cut regularFit offers a looser cut and is also suitable for additional layers. Its front and back panels are joined by raglan cut sleeves with a seam line that continues to the neck for full range of motion in the saddle. The construction of the 2W waistWave stitch in the waist preserves the natural elasticity of the fabric of the front panel, which does not contain elastic material.
