Castelli DIRECT W women's vest

A lightweight, packable insulated vest, great for long adventures in the saddle or as a backup extra layer in variable temperature conditions.

The Fly Direct W vest is an amazingly warm vest that combines a super lightweight construction with Polartec® Alpha® Direct insulation. Thanks to its lightweight construction, you can easily pack it into a bag or pocket in case of temperature changes. When we created this vest, we started with an ultralight windproof protective layer with a DWR treatment in case you get caught in a rain shower or hit a wet road. To this layer, we added Polartec® Alpha® Direct insulation, which is extremely warm and breathable for its weight. We used a two-way YKK® Vislon® zipper with easy operation so you can regulate ventilation as needed while riding. There are three pockets on the back so you can carry everything you need. We finished it all off with a reflective strip for better visibility. This makes the Fly Direct W vest the first choice when weight, warmth and packability are important.
