The brand new Descent jacket from Troy Lee Designs, which is waterproof yet breathable. It has 3 layers of polyester membrane with 10k/10k water resistance and breathability.

The cuffs are on the arm with Velcro. It has waterproof and sealed zippers, 2 zippered pockets. The hood is big enough to fit over a helmet, but it can also be pulled down using the drawstrings.
