The Ranger SE Lunar jacket is made in the so-called 2.5-layer construction that combines waterproofness and breathability - values of 10,000 mm water column / 5,000 g/m²/24 h vapor permeability.
- This will protect against rain, while still being able to "breathe", so you won't overheat so easily inside.
- DWR surface treatment (without PFC, so-called C0) repels water, mud and dirt, so the jacket gets less wet and dirt runs off more easily.
- The fabric has stretch properties, allowing for better freedom of movement when pedaling or on challenging terrain.
- The jacket has a hood designed to be helmet compatible - meaning it can be worn over a helmet without having to take it off.
- The hem and hood are adjustable to fit the body and prevent wind, and the closure is equipped with zippers.
- An important element is the so-called "drop-tail" - an extended rear section of the jacket that provides better coverage when sitting on the bike, and in addition, part of it is fully reflective for increased visibility at dusk or in the dark.
