A mountainbiker is subjected to completely different conditions on the trail within the shortest time. This demands higher versatility regarding his glasses, which the uvex sportstyle 710 vm provides in perfection – due to the variomatic - technology, the glasses adapt continuously and automatically to changing light conditions in a split second. If the sun is blinding, your eyes are protected against the glare by the shaded lenses, contours become clearly visible. A little later, when the trail leads through the forest, the lenses clear up and guarantee full vision of shady root passages or blocked curves.
Shaded or clear, the lenses protect your eyes against harmful UVA, UVB or UVC rays to 100%. With the anti-fog-coating supravision and ideally positioned ventilation openings at the edge of the lenses, the uvex sportstyle 710 vm stays clear without steaming up. In addition to the v model, the vm has litemirror technology. Mirrored lenses look trendy – while working hard. They offer extra protection from infrared rays. Reflecting them and keeping them away from the eyes. Thanks to uvex variomatic technology the photochromic lens reacts automatically, smoothly changing its level of shade, in response to the prevailing light conditions. uvex photosensitive sports eyewear is available in three (S1 - S3) protection levels. Thanks to so-called "Curve 10" lenses you get a felt 360° panorama. Lenses with "Curve 10" have a curvature of a full centimeter (10 mm) compared to flat lenses; besides a spectacular wide field of vision the optical curve offers more protection and no disturbing drafts. It also prevents disruptive striking of the lashes against the lens.
