Nano Flex sleeves without restrictions: warm, comfortable in dry conditions, resistant to water spray in wet conditions and still warm even in extreme conditions.

  • The Nano Flex material is warm, airy, elastic and resistant to water spray.
  • Double-sided silicone edges keep the sleeve in place.
  • Excellent in all conditions.

Material composition:
85% polyamide, 15% elastane

The Nano Flex gaiters are perfect for dry conditions, but will also provide you with extra warmth and protection in wet conditions. Many years ago, we introduced a new category of materials to the market that are both warm and water-resistant. We called this Castelli patented fabric Nano Flex and we often see attempts to imitate its properties, but without success. Without compromise under any conditions.

Castelli is a classic Italian brand known for its high-quality cycling apparel. They have been on the market since 1876, and they started with clothing for famous Italian football teams. In 1910, their first cycling clothing was made for the world champion Alfredo Binda. They introduced to marked their aerodynamic elastic bibs made from Lycra in 1977. Their list of groundbreaking innovations is very long, and it probably is also a reason why are they so famous. Castelli offers top apparel for all conditions and every bike discipline.
