Bicycle saddles

Racing level, additional gel padding. This modification adds greater comfort to the standard saddle. Studies conducted on riders of various disciplines and fitness levels show that a greater degree of comfort (increased padding) can have a very positive impact in two cases. The first is shorter training sessions for less fit cyclists who are not used to the saddle (approx. up to two hours), and the second is, conversely, ultramarathon cycling with performances lasting 6-8 hours or more. For standard cycling performance by a fit individual (3-5 hours in the saddle), quality cycling shorts combined with more racing-oriented saddle padding prove more advantageous.
