The Moab Winter STX II MTB cycling shoes are the perfect companion for this, as they easily handle mud, rain, and snow. In addition to the waterproof and breathable Sympatex® membrane, the outer fabric of the Moab Winter II STX model is water-repellent and dirt-resistant. VAUDE does not use fluorocarbons (PFAS or PFC chemicals), which are suspected of being harmful to health. Insulation and a specially insulated toe area keep your feet comfortably warm even in freezing temperatures. The sole for flat pedals is also specially adapted to winter conditions: a softer rubber compound ensures optimal grip both on the pedal and on the ground. The sole has a deeper tread at the toe and heel, which provides the necessary traction when carrying or pushing the bike. The asymmetrical BOA® Fit System is easy to operate even with gloves on and guarantees an optimal fit. Another clever detail of the unisex Moab Winter STX II MTB shoes: the sock-like upper is made of elastic neoprene and is equipped with a large Velcro strap. This makes adjusting your trousers – whether wide, narrow, tucked into the shoes, or pulled over them – a breeze.|
