The new generation of Aero Socks 2.0 is designed for speed and optimized for performance. The socks draw inspiration from the wind tunnel tested R2 Aero 2.0 calf sleeves. They are equipped with innovative Aero.Stripes and Aero.dots on the front and small Terry.dots on the calf to increase micro-turbulence and reduce air resistance.
Made from the latest Payen yarn, the socks are now even lighter, more breathable, and more aerodynamic than previous versions. The foot structure mimics the design of the ultra-light v4.0 Ultralight running socks with subtle breathable stripes for optimal ventilation and thermoregulation in hot conditions. A redesigned ergonomic toe cap enhances comfort, while the improved terry heel and 360-degree support knit improve proprioception and stability during high intensity.
Under the foot, a clever pattern composed of 50% 3D.Dots and 50% mesh.dots. It increases ventilation, cushions impacts, and improves grip inside the shoe. The signature arch support improves blood circulation and prevents twisting and bunching of the material, thus preventing blisters and irritation during longer efforts.
Anti-slip silicone dots on the inside of the upper hem prevent slipping and ensure a secure fit of the sock when transitioning between triathlon disciplines.
