Hello, how do you solve the problem with the helmet when the shoulder straps do not fit? The plastic part is over the ears and rubs them. We have size XS 48/52, and the child's head size is 48 cm.

Dobry den, ako riesite problem z prilbou ked nesiedia ramienka na usiac? Plastova cast je cez usi a odiera ich. Mame velkost XS 48/52 , a dieta ma objem hlavy 48cm.

helma disponuje nastavitelnymi popruhmi - nie je mozne v ziadneh polohe docielit aby ramienka nepriejmen neodierali? Skuste sa s nastavenim pohrat, ak sedi obvod helmy, tak by vyladenie upnutia malo byt mozne.
