I"ve driven 5000 km with them and they"re still in perfect condition. I only replaced them because winter is coming. I kept the old ones as a spare because I can probably drive another couple thousand km. I"m very happy with these tires

Fitted front and rear. On a rim with a 25mm inner diameter they are +-48mm and I got them on quite easily with a tire iron.

Inflation was problematic though. Neither one would hold up with a hand pump or a compressor at first (you need something with rapid inflation or CO2). Finally I found this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4rkbkjNvPdk and both were inflated with a hand pump within 15 minutes. They seem to hold pressure.

So far, I've ridden about 40km more or less on the road. Put them on tubeless, the tires don't leak. I had a Rambler 700x40c before and these are actually faster and feel better. And I also found an arrow on them for proper orientation.

LAYOUT:

- mounted on Shimano MT601 with 25mm rim, tubeless ready
- throwing on the rim without any problems
- inflating with just a hand pump, absolutely impossible! Until now, I poured milk directly into the jacket and only then finished putting it on, but after this experience with inflating with a service pump, where milk flowed everywhere and I still didn't inflate anything, never again.
I inflated them with a compressor. I inflated the second wheel with a compressor first and only then poured milk through the valve. That worked fine.

DRIVING:
after more than 400 km on asphalt, gravel, clearings, wet and dry, ... SUPER!
The tires are very nice and comfortable. Since I am a 100+kg rider, on gravel trails I have 2.4 bar in the front and 2.6 bar in the rear.
I calculated the pressures via https://axs.sram.com/guides/tire/pressure and it felt very good to me.
I find them fast enough on asphalt. I also rode more than 100km from NZ to BA on them and I didn't feel like they were slow on asphalt, quite the opposite.

In dry or wet conditions, they are stable on unpaved roads and can be relied on even in curves on downhill descents.
Of course, it's a mess in the mud, they'll get everything on them

700x36C like a tubeless tire - one went to put it on and inflate it without any problems even with a regular pump, the other one was already resisting and didn't want to fit into the beads, but the compressor at the gas station solved it.
After about 250km I'm still working with the pressure and looking for the optimum. 1.9-2 is not enough, 2.7+ is too much. (I'm a 118 kilo mastodon).
On the road it is quiet and fast, on dry clay and fine gravel it also rolls nicely. The limit is going down on coarse gravel and stones in curves where the narrow tread simply does not give sufficient stability. The limit is also wet clayey clay/mud in the forest after rain, where the tread "sticks" and the wheels simply slip in place.
Today I'm going to put the same THUNDEROs on the second set of wheels but in 48C width, so we'll see how the difference in width will behave. I'm also curious how the riding characteristics will change compared to the old worn-out WTB Ridler 45C (originally fitted from the factory), which had 4000km on them and had to endure regular rides on gravel roads and handrails, which we have here in Kysuce.

Bezdušové nahadzovanie tohto plášťa bolo trápenie. Keďže som ich dával na obidve kolesá, jeden chytil na booster pumpu a druhý ani to. Musel som s ním ísť na kompresor na benzínku. Plášť síce naskočil, ale nedržal tlak. Až keď som do neho nalial mlieko. Potom plášte citelne strácali tlak. Čo výjazd, to som musel fúkať. Až po naliatí ďalšej dávky mlieka sa stabilizovali a teraz už len kontrolujem pribežne ako jazdím. Na plášťoch som najazdil 3000km. Po cestách, rozbitých asfaltkách, poľných a lesných cestách, šotoline, kameňoch. Nedostal som ani jeden defekt. Opotrebovanie na prednom plášti skoro žiadne, na zadnom tak 25%. Plášte výborne držia v teréne aj na ceste. Odvaľovanie je parádne. Sú pružné a dobre tlmia nerovnosti pri správnom nahustení. Jedno estetické negatívum: keď bicykel stojí v garáži, na plášti je niekoľko desiatok malých fľakov od tekutiny.

Purchased 04/2024, 3.5k km driven, TBL, tire width 44mm on 19mm rims (inner width), pressures 2 - 2.5 bar depending on the type of riding (Carpathian trails 2bar, asphalt 2.5 bar, loaded bike for bikepacking 2.5 bar, universal pressure 2.2-2.3bar)

The tires are almost like new even after 3.5k km, they wear out very little. They roll great on asphalt and don't put up any resistance, they whine on the dirt roads and they hold up great even on the Carpathian highways. Lately they have had to endure quite rough riding (here and there more like MTB ) and they have always held up well. I hit a rock several times on the descent, I was expecting a hole and they held up well. They don't even get tired of fresh snow on the flooded Little Carpathian pavement (of course, they have their limits, but they are quite high), they get rid of packed mud quite quickly.

Based on the reviews, I finally decided on these tires instead of the maxixis rambler tires that were fitted to my gravel meride from the manufacturer. I mainly wanted something narrower and more versatile. Visually, they meet my expectations. I struggled with the first tire, but eventually gave in and got it onto the rim, the second one was easier, but I wouldn't have done it without a tire pliers. On the other hand, to get them to fit nicely, I just needed a pump, no compressor or air cartridges.

Update after about 200 km GREAT, no flats so far, I rode mainly on broken asphalt, some gravel here and there and forest cycle paths.

After a long selection, I finally decided on this tire, even on recommendation, and after a month of riding, I am very satisfied. On unpaved and forest roads, noticeably better riding comfort (than the Schwalbe 40mm dirt). On asphalt, in my opinion, quieter and easier to roll. You can already feel the limit of the tread in the mud, but they clean up quickly after leaving. I ride them without a soul and I can safely ride them at pressures below 2 bars. When putting them on, I had to "kick" them with a compressor to make them jump, but it was not particularly difficult to put them on (even with the insert). The Superior gravel forks also fit the frame ideally and with a margin.

I avoided tires for a long time, even though they were very tempting to me, I was afraid of punctures.
After about 500km on asphalt/gravel/clay terrain, I have to rate them very positively.
I ride them tubeless and they are +- 49mm on a 25mm rim.
- the tires really fly, the version without the HD marking must be even better, almost as fast on asphalt as the 32mm tires I rode before.
- so far no puncture even when descending sharp gravel
- the service center said they put them in place by hand and the pressure is holding
- the visual with the brown sidewall is great
- after 500km without any sign of wear

Evaluation after a year and about 2000 km even in harsher conditions: tubeless tires, they can handle everything with reasonable riding (of course extreme mud is a problem), so far one puncture, which I only found out about at home and which I know about, but after some persuasion, milk finally sealed it. You have to take into account that the tires are actually wider by about 46mm after fitting (this is probably common with tuff, because it happened to me with a 28mm comture on the road, in reality about 30mm). The next tires will be tuff again, because satisfaction.

Vrlo dobra guma za vožnju i po makadamu i cesti, dosta je brza u odnosu na slične gravel gume. Malo se teže postavlja na kotač, ali to je za očekivati s obzirom da je tubeless ready.
Oprez sa TPU zračnicama - koristio sam "gravel" zračnicu u gumi koja napuhana mjeri 45 mm i probušila se na nekoliko mjesta. Otkad sam stavio "MTB " zračnicu nisam imao niti jedno bušenje. S tubelessom vjerojatno još bolje funkcionira, međutim nisam se do sada odvažio na konverziju.

Bežnou rámovou pumpou, rýchle tempo, špička ventilky von, pri 3 baroch zahryzlo na finál na prvú šupu. Bez mlieka, mlieko až potom cez ventil. Tlak neuvoľnujú.

Zakúpil som ich kvôli ceste Alpe Adria. Mám bicykel HT Merida Big Nine - nahodenie prebehlo ľahko (bezduše), nafúknutie kompresorom bez sebe menších problémov. S plášťami som maximálne spokojný, bajk išiel ako raketa, či po asfaltových úsekoch alebo poľných, gravelových úsekoch cesty Alpe Adria. Za mňa TOP nákup. Mal som obavy trochu dať takéto plášte na HT, ale určite odporúčam aj na HT.

Szerintem az egyik legjobb mindenes gumi, amit a piacon lehet kapni. A mintája nagyon jó esős időben aszfalton, mert nem leszek annyira vizes, mint mondjuk egy outi gumival. Sárban vannak azért helyzetek, mikor kell korrigálni, de attól még nem vesztem el a kontrollt. Száraz, homoskos talajon, kisebb nyomáson szintén jó.
Csak ajánlani tudom. Jobb mint a Conti terraspeed

So far I have ridden a few kilometers but on different surfaces - asphalt road, dirt road and gravel in the forest on a rocky slate path. The ride is comfortable. The ride has always been without problems and I admit I thought that off-road it would be worse. It is important to have the right pressure for the given surface.

az egyik legjobb gördülési ellenállású gravel abroncs, ha defekttűrés, vagy nehezebb felhsználás, akkor érdemes a hd, +2watt ellenállás és +40gr ami nem sok. alacsony sebességnél duruzsol, magasabbnál sikít, de nem hangos egyáltalán, szélzaj miatt nem hallani.

Odolné, rýchle. Vzorka je v strede jemnejšia, po kraji ostrejšia, dobre drží v náklonoch. Pri nahadzovaní s dušou som musel ísť na vyšší tlak než je maximálny vyznačený na bočnici, aby plášť správne naskočil na TLR koleso - aby "pukol".

Dobre odvaľujú a bicykel drží pri zemi ako prikovaný. Do dezénu sa síce zachytávajú malé kamienky, ale nestrieľajú. Plášte držia dobre na graveli aj na asfalte, hluk nie je extra výrazný. Oproti iným značkám oceňujem aj fajn cenu.

Rýchle, relatívne odolné (jazdí max. poľné cesty aj to moc nelietam, ale zas mám 90 kg). Horšie sa nazúvajú a vyzúvajú, ale to sa dá prežiť. Veľmi dobrá výdrž, dezén ako keby ani nemizol. Odporúčam každému, kto váha.

I buy it for every new bike, I don't want anything else, top quality for a great price... I blow them even at higher pressures and they handle it just fine, the pressure doesn't drop when combined with DT Swiss wheels and Stans milk, only conical valves
