All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.
- The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
- The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
- The bicycle is carefully packaged back into a box and shipped
- If you order a bike for in-person pick-up or home delivery, the bike will be waiting for you assembled and checked
- If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
- Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
- Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
- Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
- Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
- Mount seat post to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
- Inflate the tires or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
- Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

Zdravim ako je to s tou padajucou sedlovkou je to vyriesene od vyrobcu?

Dobrý deň, sedlovky by mali byť v poriadku - samozrejme v prípade akýchkoľvek problémov (nielen so sedlovkou) platí na bicykel plná záruka a jednotlivé problémové komponenty je možné spravidla v spolupráci s výrobcom/dodávateľom vyriešiť pomerne efektívne.

The ratio of the price and equipment of the components is indeed very decent, maybe even the best ratio when I take the VIP price into account.
Carbon frame and carbon fork plus carbon handlebars and telescopic seat post, all components GRX 810 and above.
But there is one big but, I have exactly the same problem as a CPK user, and that is that the seat post is constantly falling. I solved it with the first complaint, where they said that they used carbon paste, but after 40 km it's exactly the same and the seat post keeps falling.
Plus I have one more problem, something is constantly creaking there, and I also received a statement that it was lubricated and the creaking no longer appears, but now it has started to crack again.
I'll send the bike back on Monday for a claim, but the bike can't be used like this and I'm only giving it one star because of the sagging seat post.
I recommend not buying this bike, at most if a new revision comes out, or they change the mechanism for attaching the seat post.
I am also sending a photo, the first photo was taken directly in mtbiker after the first complaint.
The second photo is after 30 km and I told myself that it is still quite decent.
The third photo is after another 5 km and it's all the way down there.

Ale je tu jedno veľké ale, mám úplne rovnaký problém ako užívateľ CPK a to, že daná sedlovka neustále klesá. Riešil som to prvou reklamáciou, kde prišlo vyjadrenie, že použili pastu na karbón, ale po 40km je to úplne to isté a sedlovka neustále padá.
Plus ja mám ešte jeden problém neustále tam niečo vŕzga a aj na to som dostal vyjadrenie, že bolo namazané a vŕzganie sa už neprejavuje, ale teraz to tam začalo zas pukať.
Bicykel pošlem v pondelok zas na reklamáciu, ale takto sa ten bicykel nedá použivať a kvôli klesajúcej sedlovke dávam len jednu hviezdu.
Odporúčam nekupovať tento bicykel, maximálne ak príde nová revízia, alebo vymenia mechanizmus na uchytenie sedlovky.
Posielam aj foto, prvá foto je priamo fotené v mtbikeri po prvej reklamácii.
Druhá foto je po 30 km a to som si hovoril, že to je ešte vcelku slušné.
Tretia foto je po ďalších 5 km a tam už to je úplne dole.
Tak update : bicykel som vrátil a kúpil som iný model, škoda tej sedlovky, nakoľko si ináč myslím, že to je dobrý bicykel a dúfam, že nový model už nebude mať tento problém.
Čaves, ja som mal presne rovnaký problém s padajúcou a pukajúcou sedlovkou na Giant Contend AR2 2021. V Giant servise mi to odmastili, vyčistili a utiahli na 7Nm (o 1Nm viac ako sa požaduje). Po asi dvoch dňoch mi to začalo pukať…už to nepadalo ale pukalo. Po dlhom skúmaní a skúšaní mi pomohlo celú sedlovku vybrať, vyutierať do sucha vreckovkou, namastiť vnútro + sedlovku pastou Muc-Off Carbon Gripper a dotiahnuť na 7Nm. Okolie som olepil izolačkou, aby sa tam nedostali nečistoty (z toho to pukanie) a musím poklepať, zatiaľ drží. Možno to pomôže aj tebe.

čo bude nová rada možno pre rok 2024, tak mala nejaký problém s teleskopickou sedlovkou, posielam priamo z danej recenzie: "Na tento test jsem se velmi těšila. Presne pred rokom som kupoval CRB 700 a so sedlovkou problém nebol, mne pre zmenu pukal ježko čo sa reklamáciou vyriešilo.
