Zdravím, chcel by som sa informovať, či je potrebné momentový kľúč po určitom čase prekalibrovať. Kľúč som zakúpil vo vašom e-shope dňa 24. 7. 2024 a pravidelne ho používal takmer dva roky.
Pred pár dňami mi však pri doťahovaní skrutiek brzdového strmeňa kľúč „neklikol“ pri nastavenej hodnote 6 Nm. V dôsledku toho došlo k zlomeniu skrutky v karbónovej vidlici (odporúčaný moment bol 6 – 8 Nm). Následne som kľúč testoval na inej už dotiahnutej skrutke: z piatich pokusov kľúč štyrikrát zafungoval správne, no raz opäť nezaregistroval nastavenú silu a dovolil mi pokračovať v doťahovaní odhadom až nad 8 Nm.
Skrutku sa mi našťastie podarilo s námahou vytiahnuť, no kľúču už v tomto stave nedôverujem, hoci doteraz fungoval bez problémov. Skladovaný bol taktiež podľa odporúčania nastavený na 2 Nm.

napohlad vyzeraju kluce rovnako - zial odhadnut ci kalibracia/check sa robil taktiez rovnako si netrufam - ale s najvacsou pravdepodobnostou sa jedna o rovnaky produkt, akurat pod inym brandom, oba vyrobky maju samozrejme doklad o kalibracii.
Aj tento Vortex ma 1/4" hlavu (+ aj predlzovaci nadstavec) - ktora je teda univerzalna, standardom ju gulockova poistka. Pri dosiahnutom momente kluc klikne a rucka sa "zalomi".
