The Magura MT5e Higo Closer is a high-performance hydraulic disc brake developed for e-bikes with a design speed of up to 45 km/h.
One set consists of a Carbotecture brake lever, which keeps the weight acceptably low and is adapted for 2-3 fingers. The lever has a cable for disconnecting the electric wheel drive (the brake is of the Normally Open type). Another part of the set is a line filled with Magura Royal Blood mineral oil and a powerful four-piston caliper with PM mount.
The brake is universal for mounting on the front or rear wheel and the hose can be shortened.
