The all-new XCR 2 29 entwined wheels are high-quality and very light wheels designed for both performance and racing XCs. Ultralight and at the same time high-strength carbon rims have a hookless design, which increases the overall durability of the rims and also allows for greater internal width without increasing weight. The larger inner rim width is important for compatibility with the wider tires commonly used on XC wheels today.

Reinforced rim edges for better impact force distribution, which increases overall rim strength and durability
Improved rim inner profile, stronger rim structure with redesigned smoother transitions
Precisely reinforced holes for wires: increase strength without increasing weight
Larger inner rim width: allows wider tires to be used for better traction and stability in difficult terrain
Rim parameters: outer width 31 mm, inner width 25 mm
Giant Tubeless System - rims are tubeless (tape and valves are part of the set)
Front hub: Giant MTB Alloy
Rear hub: Giant MTB Alloy, Shimano HG nut, latch system (3-Pawl 30T)
The rear hub is also compatible with SRAM XDR and Shimano Micro Spline nuts (offered separately)
Disc mounting for 6 holes
The hubs are designed for fixed axle Boost: 110x15 mm at the front, 148x12 mm at the rear

29 inch mountain bikes wheels from Giant
Giant was established in 1971 in Taiwan, they are one of the largest bicycle producers in the world. In the beginning, they made bikes for other companies. Since 1981 Giant has been supplying the market with bicycles under their name. They were one of the first companies to start mass production of carbon framesets. Liv is their brand for bikes for women offering MTB, road and gravel bikes. Components are also included in their offer as well as wheelsets under the name Cadex (their brand name).
