Maxxis Dissector 27.5x2.40" WT DD 3C MaxxGrip tire

The Maxxis Dissector is a fast enduro tire designed by Australian DH Star Troy Brosnan. The tire was developed for an optimal combination of low rolling resistance and the best cornering grip. This versatile tire is actually designed for the rear wheel, but depending on the surface it can also be used on the front or both wheels. Troy Brosnan wanted to develop a unique shell that would go insanely fast, cut corners precisely and slow down accordingly if necessary.

3C MaxxGrip provides the best traction on wet, steep roads with rocks and roots

PSI - udáva, na aký tlak výrobca odporúča nafúkať plášť. 1 atmosféra = 14,7 PSI
TPI (EPI)- hustota vlákien kostry plášťa. Čím vyššia hodnota TPI, tým flexibilnejší a pružnejší bude plášť.
Kevlarový plášť- pätka tvorená z kevlarových vlákien. Plášť sa dá skladať, je teda praktickejší pri presunoch či skladovaní. Vyznačuje sa nižšou váhou oproti drôteným plášťom a vyššej odolnosti pred prerazením.
Drôtený plášť- pätka tvorená z drôtu. Plášť je neohybný, je ťažší oproti kevlarovému.
