TECHNOLOGY
SMARTnet Silica®
Innovative patented silica enables:
Low rolling resistance and high rolling efficiency due to natural anisotropic orientation that reduces heating and increases elasticity, minimizing energy dissipation.
The natural compatibility of silica with water, which is further enhanced by the wider surface area of elongated silica molecules, provides unrivaled grip on wet surfaces.
Wise interaction with other chemical elements. Thanks to the prepared arrangement in the mixture, it creates a natural network that improves protection against punctures and increases the run.
Functional Groove Design
Functional groove design:
Grooving of the tread has a different shape of the individual grooves, different dimensions of the grooves and different position of the grooves. The tread design of MotoGP tires - Diablo Supercorsa - was chosen as a model.
The small groove angle of the sample in the middle of the tread ensures uniform material wear and water drainage.
The larger groove angle to the edge of the tread and the lightning-shaped groove play a significant role in reducing rolling noise and ensure a smooth, comfortable ride.
The different depth of the groove is chosen for an extended run and excellent control.
Every millimeter of the sample is important for perfect performance.
Ideal Contour Shaping
Optimal profile shaping:
Stability at high speed and maximum control even in large inclines, thanks to advanced profile shaping.
The knit fabric is designed so that the jacket profile has optimal contact with the surface. The advantages of this shaping for straight driving: smooth ride feel, high speed stability and speed (low resistance). The advantages of shaping the profile when riding on an incline: lateral hold, controllability, a feeling of full control and safety.

PSI - indicates the pressure to which the manufacturer recommends inflating the tire. 1 atmosphere = 14.7 PSI
TPI (EPI) - the density of the shell's skeleton fibres. The higher the TPI value, the more flexible and flexible the tire will be.
Kevlar tire - foot made of Kevlar fibres. The cover can be folded, so it is more practical when moving or storing. It is characterized by a lower weight compared to wire casings and a higher resistance to puncture.
Wire tire - bead made of wire. The shell is inflexible, it is heavier than the Kevlar one.
