L3R (low rolling resistance rubber) COMPOUND is a resistant rubber compound. The advantages are in the small rolling resistance and the increased lifetime of the sample. A tire with the L3R compound weighs less than the same tire with a normal compound.
DTC, DTC2 - combination of softer and harder rubber compound, harder compound L3R PRO or L3R (hardness compound 60) is in the middle of the tire, STICK-E compound (hardness compound 50) on the edges of the sample. The advantages are longer service life, wider central part of the pattern, excellent control in the edges and adhesion to the surface. It is used in the KENDA S LEGENDS SERIES (a collection of tires designed by cycling professionals) and road tires for performance cycling.
L3R PRO - an improved version of the L3R mixture. The advantages lie in the extended lifetime of the sample and the reduced weight of the casing. It is mainly used on top KENDY tires for mountain and road bikes.

PSI - indicates the pressure to which the manufacturer recommends inflating the tire. 1 atmosphere = 14.7 PSI
TPI (EPI) - the density of the tire's skeleton fibres. The higher the TPI value, the more flexible the tire will be.
Kevlar tire - foot made of Kevlar fibres. The tire can be folded, so it is more practical when moving or storing. It is characterized by a lower weight compared to wire casings and a higher resistance to puncture.
Wire tire - bead made of wire. The tire is inflexible, it is heavier than Kevlar.
