The Ikon is designed for riders looking for a light and bulky racing tire with low rolling resistance that provides excellent performance on most surfaces. As its name suggests, it has become a sought-after icon among coats since its launch.

Product features

MaxxSpeed is the hardest triple compound intended mainly for cross-country (XC) and also all-mountain/trail riding. They are characterized by speed, they last a long time, but they do not offer as much grip as other compounds
EXO - sidewall protection against cuts or punctures
The three-compound 3C technology offers minimal rolling resistance and extremely long tread life
Cord with a fibre density of 120 TPI

PSI - udáva, na aký tlak výrobca odporúča nafúkať plášť. 1 atmosféra = 14,7 PSI
TPI (EPI)- hustota vlákien kostry plášťa. Čím vyššia hodnota TPI, tým flexibilnejší a pružnejší bude plášť.
Kevlarový plášť- pätka tvorená z kevlarových vlákien. Plášť sa dá skladať, je teda praktickejší pri presunoch či skladovaní. Vyznačuje sa nižšou váhou oproti drôteným plášťom a vyššej odolnosti pred prerazením.
Drôtený plášť- pätka tvorená z drôtu. Plášť je neohybný, je ťažší oproti kevlarovému.
