Variant WTB Byway 700x44C Fast Rolling plášť, TCS, kevlar

SK Super plášte, ľahučké, omnoho tichšie než pôvodne s terénnym dezénom čo som mal, na bežné cesty stačia. Keďže bike využívam viacej po asfalte než po nespevnených cestách tak som hľadal niečo s menším valivým odporom. Tieto plášte sú proste parádne.

Variant WTB Byway 700x44C Fast Rolling plášť, TCS, kevlar

SK relativne lahke a rychle plaste na asfalt a pevny podklad, na hlbsiom strku, resp. sypkom podklade su pomerne zabavne , treba cakat ze mozu trochu ustrelit do boku v zatacke ked ide clovek rychlo. Blato som zatial nestretol. Zda sa ze maju dost tenku bocnicu nakolko na prvej jazde ich nieco prebodlo z boku v dvoch miestach vedla seba (nie seknute o rafik). 40 mm verzia je na 19 mm rafiku ledva 37 mm na sirku. Nafukanie ako bezdusove velmi jednoduche s obycajnou pumpou, asi ja vdaka tazsiemu nahadzovaniu na rafik (Mavic) treba pouzit montpaku.

SK Stále neviem čo si mám o nich myslieť.. ak je trošku vlký asfalt, odporúčam jazdiť čo najpomalšie aj do miernych zákrut

Variant WTB Byway 700x44C Fast Rolling plášť, TCS, kevlar

SK Zdravím! Ráfik bicykla na Kellys Soote je 17mm. Originál plášť je nahodený v rozmere 42-622; ale je to s drôtovou pätkou (Schwalbe Smart Sam). Na jednu otázku ste odpovedali, že výrobcom odporúčaná max.šírka tohto WTB plášťa je 34mm-ová verzia. Je to kvôli kevlárovej pätky? Alebo predsa by sa dala použiť aj 40mm-ová šírka, keďže na Kellys dali 42-622? Vďaka.

charakteristiky každého modelu plášťa presne definuje výrobca - je to teda v prípade prevedenia s kevlarovou pätkou možné, predsalen, jedná sa o skladaciu pätku, ktorá je v porovnaní s drôteným prevedením samozrejme markantne ľahšia, avšak rovnako menej "stranovo" pevná.

Samozrejme, aj podľa WTB stránky - https://www.wtb.com/pages/tire-rim-fit-chart - môžete na 17 mm ráfik použiť plášte v šírke 40 mm, avšak treba rátať s tým, že ich tvar po nasadení už nemusí byť ideálny, môže byť trochu balónovitý, čím sa môže negatívne meniť jeho charakteristika napr. vo väčšom náklone.

SK V nadpise je uvedeny rozmer 27,5" = 650b, v prevedeniach je uvedené xx-622 = 700c.
Dtto v popise je bezdušový, avšak pri zapnutom filtri na bezdušové sa ani jeden z nich nenájde.

SK Dobrý deň,

Pri 17 mm ráfiku je plášť v rozmere 34-622 na limite použiteľnosti kedy ešte bude mať po nasadení ideálny tvar, širšie rozmery už výrobca na takto úzky ráfik skôr neodporúča.
