New on the market - We present a revolutionary product - Tubolito bicycle inner tubes

By using high-tech thermoplastics in combination with unique production technology, it was possible to produce ultra-light and at the same time durable bicycle tubes, which are an excellent alternative to the classic tube.

Why Tubolito souls?
The advantage is up to 2.7 times lower weight and 2 times higher resistance against defects, and last but not least, better storage and easy handling when fitting the inner tube to the rim.

Who is Tubolito intended for?
The potential could best be used by road cyclists as a substitute for a regular soul. In road cycling, every gram counts - and the Tubolito is incredibly light compared to light road inner tubes. And up to twice the defect resistance.
Also, customers with MTBs and especially with electric bicycles will certainly appreciate the fact that they have inner tubes with twice the resistance to punctures.
But Tubolito has something to offer for every cyclist – It is ideal for everyone as a spare inner tube, it fits easily into any under-seat pocket or jersey pocket, and with the valve unscrewed, the dimensions of the packed S-Tubo inner tube are only an incredible 3.5 x 3.0 cm !

  • Can be used with extension valves.
  • Tubo MTB can only be used with disc brakes. Tubo Road can be used with both rim and disc brakes. The Tubo Road passed the DIN4210 test (15 minutes of braking with 10x10 second breaks) on both aluminum and carbon rims.
  • In the test of continuous braking until a puncture occurs, the Tubolito tube did not lose pressure explosively like a normal tube, but a slow puncture occurred.
  • Rolling resistance at a speed of 28.8 km/h. it is lower by 4.6W with Tubo MTB and lower by 2.3W with Tubo ROAD compared to a regular tube.
  • The maximum and minimum pressure is governed by the tire used.
  • The Tubolito inner tube can be temporarily inflated with CO2, but it is recommended to immediately deflate and inflate it with regular air after the trip.
  • Compared to the TUBO-MTB , the S-TUBO (replacement inner tube) has a unscrewable valve and a thinner wall for better storage. Fits in any pocket. The weight is only 45g at a size of 29", and despite its ultra-low weight, its durability is at the level of an ordinary soul.

Install the tube into the rim with the Tubolit inflated to 0.2-0.5 bar before inserting it into the rim, and make sure that the valve faces inward to avoid unnecessary stress on the material.
