New WTB tire protection - SG2
SG2 tire protection, in addition to its low weight, ensures excellent protection against punctures and flats. Such tires have a high TPI value of 120 - threads per inch, which expresses the density of fibers in the tire casing. This new protective layer is lightweight and contains an ultra-thin nylon insert that covers the entire tire surface from bead to bead. This allows you to ride on any surface without fear of punctures.
How much more durable are the new SG2 tires? Laboratory tests show that adding the SG2 protective layer provides 33% better sidewall protection and 17% better tread protection than standard 60 TPI tires without SG2. Gravel rides are becoming more frequent and longer. Riders are not afraid of challenging terrain. That's why WTB offers durable tires that will support you on any surface.

PSI - indicates the pressure to which the manufacturer recommends inflating the tire. 1 atmosphere = 14.7 PSI
TPI (EPI) - the density of the shell's skeleton fibres. The higher the TPI value, the more flexible and flexible the tire will be.
Kevlar tire - foot made of Kevlar fibres. The cover can be folded, so it is more practical when moving or storing. It is characterized by a lower weight compared to wire casings and a higher resistance to puncture.
Wire tire - bead made of wire. The shell is inflexible, it is heavier than the Kevlar one.

rozmer sedí. Je to na 27,5 palcové kolesá. Tento rozmer je špecifický pre túto veľkosť a šírku plášťa. Ak hľadáte pre 28 palcový plášť, tak to musí byť 700C. Takže na bike vám nesadne.
