Michelin DH34 26x2.40" tire, TLR, wire bead
Michelin DH34 TLR 26X2.40 Tire
The fastest downhill tire in Michelin's lineup.
Higher performance - The Magi-X DH rubber compound excels on hard, rocky surfaces and in bike parks.
Better grip - Maximum grip and stability at high speed on all types of hard surfaces (compacted dirt, gravel, bike park) thanks to the DH34 tread pattern, Magi-X DH rubber compound, and Down Hill Shield casing construction.
More robust construction - Double reinforced Down Hill Shield construction with puncture protection, allowing for maximum control at low tire pressures.

Magi-X DH
Rubber compound specifically designed for downhill - for maximum grip in dry and wet conditions, regardless of temperature. The technology that provides the greatest grip in Michelin's range.
Down Hill Shield
Downhill racing tire construction (casing) - 4 x 55 TPI for stability at high speeds, even at low tire pressures.
Pinch Protection
Tire bead reinforcement to absorb energy from pinch flats.
Low Pressure Reinforcement
Reinforcement of the tire casing that allows for tire deformation and high lateral stability even at low tire pressure. Increases the resistance of the tire sidewall to pinch flats.
High Density Puncture Protection
Reinforcement that optimally protects the tread against punctures.
Tubeless Ready
All tires marked Tubeless Ready can be fitted without a tube if the following requirements are met:
- use of a tubeless UST rim
- adherence to the maximum tire pressure indicated on the tire sidewall
- use of tubeless sealant in the tire
- check tire pressure before every ride
E-Bike Ready
Tires marked E-Bike Ready can be fitted to e-bikes (with a maximum assistance of up to 25 km/h).

PSI - indicates the pressure to which the manufacturer recommends inflating the tire. 1 atmosphere = 14.7 PSI
TPI (EPI) - the density of the tire's skeleton fibres. The higher the TPI value, the more flexible the tire will be.
Kevlar tire - foot made of Kevlar fibres. The tire can be folded, so it is more practical when moving or storing. It is characterized by a lower weight compared to wire casings and a higher resistance to puncture.
Wire tire - bead made of wire. The tire is inflexible, it is heavier than Kevlar.
