The Chaoyang H-487 24x1.00 (25-540) 60TPI wire bead tire is a lightweight and durable tire designed for wheelchairs, intended for everyday use. Its robust construction ensures long life even with intensive use. The special tread pattern provides reliable grip on both dry and wet surfaces, effectively dampens unevenness, and contributes to lower rolling resistance, meaning less effort while riding and greater comfort. The finer 60 TPI casing improves suppleness, tire responsiveness, and helps reduce weight.

TPI (EPI) - the density of the tire's skeleton fibres. The higher the TPI value, the more flexible the tire will be.
Kevlar shell - foot made of Kevlar fibres. The tire can be folded, so it is more practical when moving or storing. It is characterized by a lower weight compared to wire casings and a higher resistance to puncture.
Wire tire- bead made of wire. The shell is inflexible, it is heavier than Kevlar.
