MTBIKER is visited by 400 000 of people per month. We have been operating online since 1998 and are verified by tens of thousands of satisfied customers. In 2022, we launched the MTHIKER portal, which aims to become as integral for tourists and nature lovers, as MTBIKER is for cyclists.

We offer more than 80 000 products from more than 500 verified manufacturers, of which we have roughly half in stock. We regularly expand the offer with new brands. If you do not like the delivered goods, you can return them within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason and file a complaint within 2 years of purchase.

We are available from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00 via e-mail, chat, phone or in person at our stores. However, we often deal with communication in the evening and on the weekends, if we are not out riding. We all ride bikes or spend our free time in the mountains. Whoever will take care of you will have personal experience with many products and will advise what is suitable for you and your budget - not what we want to sell. Fast delivery and in-person pick-up

We ship products in stock on the same day as the order arrives (or the next working day if the order arrives after 12:00) and are delivered on the next working day. For products not in stock, we always inform you about the actual date of shipment. We send orders by courier, for in-person pick-up in our stores or in one of thousands of pick-up points and post offices throughout Slovakia. Here you will find details about delivery options.

Your personal data is safe with us - the order process via the e-shop is secured by an encrypted connection, so it is impossible to eavesdrop. If you pay by credit card, you enter its number on the bank's secure website, and we do not have access to it. Breathable mesh upper and durable outsole

The redesigned upper now offers more breathable mesh. Using Finite Element Analysis (FEA), we’ve optimized the midsole geometry to create the perfect shoe that’s lightweight, durable, and offers a smooth ride underfoot. Using FEA, we’ve engineered a more durable outsole with thicker cushioning and smaller outsole pods. This improved geometry is designed to last and supports an even smoother stride.

Breathable mesh upper made from recycled polyester. Embroidered reinforcements – also made from recycled yarn – provide support and structure around the foot. For the softest, smoothest ride possible, we’ve designed the Cloudsurfer 2 without a Speedboard® – instead, we rely on our structural cushioning system: CloudTec Phase®. Using FEA technology, we simulated and analyzed various outsole designs to find the optimal geometry for increased durability.

Extended returns up to 100 days

As standard, you can return your purchased goods within 30 days. With the ”Extended Return” service, you get an additional 70 days, during which you can decide whether the product suits you and meets your expectations.

Extended returns are very useful, especially when you are buying a gift in advance, you are not sure about your choice or the recipient needs more time to try it on. If you want to be more certain and not rush into making a decision, we recommend that you use this additional service.

How does it work?

In the cart, for a given product, check the "Extended return of goods up to 100 days" service. You will see the fee for this service directly here, which always depends on the price and type of a specific product.
The service is activated immediately after payment of the order and the 100-day period begins the moment you receive your order.
If you want to return the goods, follow the standard procedure and do so within 100 days. We will refund your money or issue you a voucher - depending on your preference.

The “Extended Return” service does not change the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, but is a voluntarily provided extra service. As with the standard return period, the goods must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. If you are not sure about the size, or if the sizes are different than you would expect, there is an option to order multiple sizes to a brick-and-mortar store, try them on there, and take the one that fits. The advantage is that you receive a notification about it, and therefore they have exactly what you chose. The disadvantage is that you have to make the trip for it, but that cannot be avoided, so OK.

Communication with the store is very good, and it is also in a quite good location in Banská Bystrica. The goods I ordered were in the central warehouse, and in the afternoon they were already prepared for me at the store. The opening hours are an advantage. So you can still manage to pick up your order even after work. Great for me. Overall, a wide range of goods, there is plenty to choose from.

I generally like this store very much (in my opinion, the best store in Slovakia), but I would have one suggestion for improvement regarding communication (hence only three stars in this category). Prioritizing emails over phone calls, in my opinion, costs much more time – both for clients and the store's staff. Of course, I am aware that often email is faster, for example, by sending a photo of the component being addressed, or a more detailed breakdown of the problem, but in the vast majority of cases, a call is a faster form of communication.
