Everything you need to clean and restore the water repellency of your down clothing and equipment. Gently removes dirt from the surface and effectively cleans your equipment. Using a revolutionary cycle, you impregnate the garments and restore the water repellency of down products at the same time.Down feathers have natural water-repellent and insulating properties, which is why they require special cleaning to prevent damage to their integrity. Regular detergents remove natural oils from the feathers, reducing their loft and thermal properties. Keep your gear in top condition – clean, odor-free, lofty, and with an intact DWR finish.
Instructions for use:
- Place one garment in the washing machine. Do not overload the drum, as technical garments need to move freely for the best mechanical and chemical effect
- Pour 75 ml of Storm Wash into the detergent compartment and 75 ml of Storm Down Proofer into the fabric softener compartment
- Set the washing machine to 30 °C – synthetics, low spin, or a program for technical sportswear (if available)
- Follow the garment's care label for drying. First, let the garment drip dry for at least 20 minutes before placing it in the dryer
- Tumble dry on low heat according to the label, add dryer balls, and periodically remove the garment to shake out the chambers and distribute the down evenly
