The best rated proofing in independent tests for breathability and water repellency. Restores the water repellent finish of waterproof clothing and leaves a patented abrasion-resistant surface layer. Ideal for use with Apparel Wash detergent to restore water repellency and improve breathability. Get the most out of your clothing by restoring it instead of replacing it.Instructions for use:
- Place one or two items of clothing in the washing machine depending on size. Do not overfill the drum - technical garments must move freely for maximum mechanical and chemical cleaning effect
- Pour 75 ml of Storm Wash into the detergent compartment. If you are also proofing the garment, add 75 ml of Storm Proofer to the fabric softener compartment
- Set the washing machine to a 30°C synthetic program and low spin speed. If your washing machine has a special program for sports or technical clothing, use that
- Follow the garment manufacturer's drying instructions. If you have used Storm Proofer in the same cycle, let the garment drip dry for at least 20 minutes first
- When proofing: to activate the durable water repellent finish, dry the garment in a tumble dryer (according to label instructions), or iron over a clean damp cloth between the iron and the garment
