Colltex Pro Skin cover for ski belts

The ski alpine belt cover made of high-quality synthetic material serves to protect the adhesive layer of the belt. When folding ski straps before a descent, it is a replacement for the transport net, which would make it difficult for the straps to stick to in wind and bad weather.

The advantage of the packaging is that when packing, the strap is gradually hidden in the packaging and wrapped around it, so that the adhesive side of the strap is protected at all times and is immediately and easily ready for re-gluing when the straps need to be re-attached to the skis.

How to use the packaging correctly:

Insert your hand into the package and pull it over your hand
Grasp the end of the belt in the packaging with your hand and remove about one third of the belt from the ski base.
pull the wrapper over this third of the strip
Remove the remaining strip from the skid plate and stick it to the packaging so that the adhesive surface is in contact with the packaging

The packaging is only for storing and transporting the belt during your hike. When you return home, stretch the belts along their entire length onto the net and let them dry.
