Colltex Hotmelt Adhesive for ski-alp belts
Basic method for restoring the adhesive layer of Hotmelt glue on ski alpine belts. For application the evening before a hike at home or at a cottage (a ventilated area at room temperature is recommended for drying).The use:
- Can be applied to the original Hotmelt adhesive or to the cleaned surface of the adhesive side of the belt (after removing the contaminated Hotmelt adhesive)
- You need a plastic spatula to apply it - apply the adhesive evenly in a thin layer over the entire repaired area.
- The strips should be left to dry spread out at room temperature of approximately 20°C for about 8 hours.
- You have to take into account the smell of the thinner that the glue in the tube contains.

Glue repairs can be carried out without special tools even in mountain huts, provided that the solvent has dried out at a temperature of approximately 20 °C for 8 hours.

For products from other brands, a 100% effective result is not guaranteed.
