Petzl WHISPER seat harness, white
The extremely lightweight and technical WHISPER harness is an interesting novelty for all extreme climbers and alpinists. The innovative construction with MATRYX® Technology fabric focuses on the essentials: compactness and low weight without sacrificing comfort. The waist and leg straps are very flexible and allow perfect freedom of movement. With five gear loops, it provides the capacity to carry all the necessary equipment for demanding mountain expeditions and rock routes. Its attachment points and loops are designed to provide long-term abrasion resistance.
Extremely lightweight and compact:
- 170 g in size M
- Ultra compact, takes up minimal space when folded
Optimal freedom of movement:
- The exceptionally thin waist and leg straps provide absolute freedom of movement, making it virtually unnoticeable when worn.
- Excellent breathability thanks to individually woven HMPE and nylon fibers, a feature specific to the MATRYX® Technology fabric; this process allows the fabric to quickly wick away sweat as the climber moves
- Comfortable when resting on a rope or handling equipment at an anchor point; MATRYX® technology construction allows for individual areas to be padded to prevent pressure points
Increased resistance:
- High abrasion resistance thanks to the MATRYX® Technology fabric composition (technology used in running shoes)
- Attachment points, straps and gear loops are reinforced with high-modulus polyethylene (HMPE) for greater abrasion resistance
It can accommodate a large amount of equipment:
- Two large, sturdy gear loops on the front for carrying large amounts of gear and for easy attachment and removal of carabiners
- Two soft rear gear loops that don't interfere with carrying the backpack
- Flexible rear loop for a rescue rope or other equipment
- Two slots for CARITOOL material carriers: optimized for CARITOOL EVO and compatible with CARITOOL
