Petzl TREESBEE anchor loop for arborists
The TREESBEE anchor strap, sometimes also called a cambia protector, is used to anchor a rope in the tree crown so that the rope slides smoothly through the cambia point. At the same time, it protects the bark (cambium) of the tree from abrasion. It is designed for ropes with a braided end (the braided end passes through a smaller ring). Galvanized steel rings provide high durability.
Anchor strap designed to facilitate movement in the treetop:
- Protects the tree and improves the passage of the rope through the anchor point
- Possibility of installation and removal from the ground
- Wide, sturdy strap limits twisting
- Strap with large and small diameter rings for ropes with braided ends (the braided end passes through the small ring)
- Triple thickness of the strap on the large ring side strengthens the strap for easier pulling
- Can be used by two people in rescue
- Galvanized steel rings for greater durability:
- Large ring diameter (inner/outer): 46/70 mm
- Small ring diameter (inner/outer): 28/52 mm - A 30 mm diameter tightening ball can be used
- It is produced in two lengths: 90 and 110 cm.
