As standard, you can return your purchased goods within 30 days. With the ”Extended Return” service, you get an additional 70 days, during which you can decide whether the product suits you and meets your expectations.

Extended returns are very useful, especially when you are buying a gift in advance, you are not sure about your choice or the recipient needs more time to try it on. If you want to be more sure and not rush your decision, we recommend that you use this additional service.

How does it work?

1. Add the product you are interested in to your cart.
2. In the cart, for a given product, check the "Extended return of goods up to 100 days" service. You will see the fee for this service directly here, which always depends on the price and type of a specific product.
3. The service is activated immediately after payment of the order, and the 100-day period begins upon receipt of your shipment.
4. If you want to return the goods, follow the standard procedure and do so within 100 days. We will refund your money or issue you a coupon - depending on your preference.

The “Extended Return” service does not change the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, but is a voluntarily provided extra service. As with the standard return period, the goods must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. This service gives you more time to think about it and return it, it is not for testing the product. Thank you for respecting this.
