CAMP Wizard rappel brake
C.A.M.P. Wizard is a lightweight and compact work abseil with automatic locking and certification for work at height and rescue scenarios. The Wizard comes with a practical accessory - a cam lock button - which allows you to easily release the dynamic cam to set the rope without having to remove the brake from the harness. The Wizard brake is equipped with an anti-panic safety system, which serves to block the rope when the pressure on the cam reaches its limit. This can occur when the rope slips too quickly, caused by a rapid descent or a sudden fall during a descent. The anti-panic system can be easily unlocked by returning the rappel lever to its original position and then continuing to descend. The Wizard brake body and rappel lever are made of solid forged aluminum alloy. The moving parts are made of precision cast stainless steel. The internal patented cam mechanism arrangement offers very sensitive rope control along with gentle slippage in the event of a blockage, which significantly saves the rope and extends its life. Brake CAMP Wizard is equipped with an NFC tag for easy digital identification. Certification: EN 12841/C: rappel brake for work rope with a diameter of 10.5 - 11 mm with a maximum load of up to 140 kg, can also be used for rescue when working at heights with a maximum load of up to 200 kg EN 341/2A: rescue and evacuation rappel brake for 11 mm static ropes (e.g. C.A.M.P.
