HMS carabiner specially designed to eliminate dangerous cross loading
  • the wire lock keeps the carabiner in the correct position and thus prevents transverse loading
  • thanks to the lightweight hot-forged I-beam construction, the carabiner is stronger, more durable and lighter
  • large internal smooth surface reduces carabiner wear and improves rope slippage
  • the pear shape makes it easy to belay with a half boat knot or belay bucket
  • beveled Keylock on the nose of the carabiner prevents the beak from accidentally catching on a rope, loop or rivet plaque
  • the large lightness and interior space can easily handle a more massive anchor point
