Petzl ASCENTREE blocker double
Two-handed ascent rope blocker designed for arborist ascents to trees using a suspended double rope in combination with a climb with a thrust (footlock) or with a PANTIN foot blocker. ASCENTREE has ergonomic handles for a comfortable and strong grip when pulling. The double cam with latches are fully integrated into the body of the blocker to prevent any inadvertent capture.
Simple and effective use:
- Ergonomically shaped handles allow for a comfortable yet strong grip
- The wide opening allows easy handling even with thick gloves
- Safety latches and cams are fully integrated into the body of the blocker to prevent accidental catching and opening of the cams
- Cams with spikes have a self-cleaning groove so that the blocker works under any conditions (frozen or dirty ropes...)
- Lower connection hole for PROGRESS fasteners
- Top holes for locking carabiners
