Specialized cork roto roller for effective application of solid and liquid slip waxes and fluorine powders without using a waxing iron. At the right speed, the cork surface can create enough heat to activate waxes and powders, without the risk of overheating the base, and evenly distribute and press them into the base structure. Fast, clean and with minimal material loss. The result is a professional quality glide, comparable to classic ironing, but with a significantly simpler and faster process.

Activates and incorporates:

  • solid slip waxes,
  • liquid slip waxes,
  • fluorine and racing powders.

Minimizes wax loss compared to traditional ironing.

  • Working with the slide
  • It creates controlled friction and localized heat without using an iron.
  • It evenly presses the wax into the microstructure of the ski base.
  • Reduces the risk of overheating and damage to the ski base.

Recommended procedure

  • Apply wax or powder to the skid plate or directly to the cork roller.
  • Operate at approximately 1500 rpm.
  • Use smooth, overlapping movements from toe to heel.
  • If necessary, continue with further rotary or manual brushing.
