CAMP Skimo Pure Nanotech cramponsuit
Skimo Pure Nanotech are the lightest steel crampons in the world, suitable for both ski mountaineering and competitive ski mountaineering. The crampons are made using Sandvik® Nanoflex nanotechnology, based on special steel that is 70% stronger and 20% harder than traditional steels, which allows for the use of a thinner cross-section (1.8 mm), making the crampons not only lighter, but also stronger and more durable. The advantage of the Skimo Pure Nanotech crampons is the central connecting bridge, which has holes drilled asynchronously in two rows, which allows for more precise adjustment of the crampon size. Another trick is to adjust the size for smaller shoes by simply moving the connecting bridge to the edge of the heel. The crampons can be easily adjusted to shoe sizes of 210-330 mm (EU size 36-46). The Skimo Pure Nanotech crampons are designed for boots with a front bar (automatic crampons), which can also be turned upside down to adapt the crampons to boots that have a lower front bar than standard boots. This sophisticated front fastening of the shoe is called the T-STOP system. The crampons can also be optimized for shoes without a toe bar, just purchase the CAMP Skimo Semi-Automatic Toe Bail (2589) accessory. The Skimo Pure Nanotech crampons also allow you to replace the center connecting bridge with the CAMP Skimo Dyneema Linking Strap (2596), which further reduces both the weight of the crampons and the size of the pack.
