EDELRID Drift ice axe
An ice axe for anyone who wants to eliminate every unnecessary gram in their gear. It weighs only 250 g and thanks to its compact 45 cm, you can easily hide it in your backpack - all edges are rounded, so it won't damage anything. It is an ideal companion for alpine skiing or hiking, where the ice axe is carried "just in case" but not used constantly.The lightweight, slightly curved anodized aluminum handle with a sandblasted finish fits perfectly in the hand, and the bottom serrations improve grip. The steel spike at the bottom has an integrated cover that prevents snow from penetrating. The 4 mm steel tip and blade are corrosion resistant and, thanks to lightweight cutouts , save weight without compromising durability.
