The only climbing irons adjustable according to the height of the support on the heel so that they take full advantage even in the highest third degree of skial binding heels.
When going uphill during a ski-alpine hike, you will often come across blown and icy terrain, where the belts start to slip. The only option is to take off the skis and put on the crampons or use the climbing irons (harshajzny). Fritschi Traxion are comfortable climbing irons that you can fasten without having to remove the shoe from the binding. Traxions fully engage even if you use the highest position for heel support. This will be especially appreciated by beginners who use this position on a steep slope and who need "some help" before adjusting their climbing technique.
