Technical pants ORTOVOX BACUN PANTS are made from a very durable and stretchy softshell from the Swiss manufacturer Schoeller®. Thanks to the special knit, they are resistant to abrasion, have high breathability, dry quickly and are highly mechanically resistant. The wool on the inside absorbs moisture into its core, so it is dry on the surface and warm even when wet.
Robust trousers are designed for demanding ski mountaineering and high-altitude tourism. The pants come with a removable snow cover with a silicone strip, so you can wear them over ski boots and they won't ride up.
Pants designed for active movement
ORTOVOX BACUN PANTS stand out for their high breathability. This is mainly thanks to the used Schoeller® Naturtec softshell material from Switzerland, which is excellently breathable even during high physical activity and at the same time resistant to wind. This is due to the high density of the weaving, which also brings partial resistance to water and snow. The polyamide component helps with UV protection of the skin and quick drying. The wool on the inside wicks away sweat quickly and is comfortable to wear all day even without underwear.The highest quality Merino wool
ORTOVOX uses only the highest quality Merino wool from Tasmania. Merino wool is a material that degrades only negligibly over time and retains its functional properties for many years. Merino wool comes only from selected farms that meet the strict ORTOVOX WOOL PROMISE (OWP) standards.- ORTOVOX obtains new merino wool from certified sheep farms that adhere to ethical principles of animal treatment.

Double stitched seams
ORTOVOX BACUN PANTS have a technical and comfortable cut, and their durability is enhanced by double-stitched seams used on critical parts. They have a raised waist to provide the best possible protection from snow and a merino wool lining is sewn on the inside for maximum comfort.
